When does general registration open for the conference?

February 1, 2023 at noon (EST)

How much is conference registration?

There will only be 700 seats sold for registration. All other seats will be reserved for sponsors and their teams.

First 400 registrations:
Conference registration – $85 per person (includes: entrance pass to all services, sessions and labs) Group of 8+ = $70 per person

Next 200 registrations:
Conference registration – $95 per person (includes: entrance pass to all services, sessions and labs) Group of 8+ = $80 per person

Final 100 registrations:
Conference registration – $110 per person (includes: entrance pass to all services, sessions and labs) Group of 8+ = $95 per person

How can my church become a sponsor for The Movement Conference 2023?

Sponsorship is by invitation only due to space for sponsors and their staff. If you would like to be considered for sponsor invitation, please email info@livethemovement.org. If there is still availability for sponsorship, your request will be considered by the TMC board.

What is the minimum age to register?

Due to limited seating capacity, every person attending must register. There is not an age limit, however, each person attending must be in a ministry role at their local church.

Will there be childcare available?

You can register your child (age 4 & under) on our registration page. Childcare will be provided for registered children during all sessions of the conference.

Will children be allowed in the main sanctuary and the breakout sessions?

Due to limited seating capacity, children will not be allowed into any sessions. (Including general sessions in the sanctuary)

Children that are present, ages 0-4 must be pre-registered and signed into the nursery childcare area. (Registered children will not be allowed in the sessions with their parents)

I cannot attend the entire conference, is there a partial registration available?

There is no partial registration available.

Can I cancel my registration?

Registration is non-refundable, however it is transferable. It will be your responsibility to call or email THE MOVEMENT CONFERENCE and let us know who the registration has been transferred to. It will also be your responsibility to collect payment for your transfer.

Will there be conference media sold at the conference?

There will be digital audio/video drop cards available to purchase online for all THE MOVEMENT CONFERENCE sessions.

Is there a group discount registration available?

Due to sponsor and staff seating, there will only be 700 seats sold for

general registration.

FIRST 400 REGISTRATIONS – Group of 8+: $70 per person

NEXT 200 REGISTRATIONS – Group of 8+: $80 per person

When do the registration fees increase?

Once the first 400 seats are sold, registration will increase. When the next 200 seats are sold, registration will increase again.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Evening sessions – Sunday attire Day/afternoon sessions – Business casual

How do I sign up for breakout sessions and behind the scenes lab sessions?

Registered attendees can purchase tickets for these sessions/labs on a first come first served basis. Seating will be very limited for all sessions/ labs outside the main auditorium. Free tickets can be picked up the morning of the sessions/labs scheduled for that day beginning at 8:00am in the Grand Lobby.

Will meals be included in my registration?

Meals will not be included, however we will have Global Grounds Coffee Company open for the entire conference. You will be able to purchase both food and drinks.

When will I receive my registration packet and entry badges?

All registrants can pick their registration packets up at Will Call on Tuesday (8/29) in the Grand Lobby of FAC, beginning at 12:00pm. Group registrations must be picked up together at one time.
